Will my buyer realize I've triggered an alert?
No, that's the whole point. The alert triggers without sound, without vibration and without a visible screen change. Nothing suggests to your visitor that anything is happening. You continue the viewing as usual while an operator takes over on the center's side and a coworker receives your location. You preserve the commercial relationship if it's a serious buyer, you're protected if not.
Does my agency see where I am all the time?
No. Your location is only activated during an alert, or during a sharing session you yourself started for a specific viewing. Outside of those moments, neither your agency, nor a coworker, nor our center knows your location. From the app, you can view the complete transmission log: you know who saw what and when.
How much does it cost for an independent mandataire?
Our pricing is public and visible in the pricing section of the site. The subscription is monthly with no commitment, free 14-day trial, no credit card. The Pro+ plan adds a discreet physical panic button, ideal to slip into the bag before a viewing. The monitoring service operated by our 24/7 center is available on quote.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscription with no commitment, cancellation from your dashboard with effect end of month. No penalties, no hidden renewals. Useful if you test during a viewing cycle and decide later.
How does it actually work before a viewing?
Before ringing the bell, you start a viewing share from the app to an agency coworker or trusted contact. You slip the panic button into your bag or pocket. During the viewing, nothing is visible. In case of trouble, one press on the button is enough: location, video and audio go to the center, and your contact is notified in real time.
How long until I'm operational?
A few minutes for the Pro plan: you download the app, create an account, invite an agency coworker or trusted contact as your trusted contact. The Pro+ plan, which includes the physical panic button, ships via La Poste within a few days. You're protected on the next viewing.
Will it drain my phone's battery during a day of viewings?
No. The app stays in standby most of the time. Continuous location tracking is an optional, non-mandatory feature: without it, your location is only sent during an alert. For busy days with multiple back-to-back viewings, the Pro+ panic button has about 10 days of autonomy depending on use and works independently of your phone.
What if the property is in a no-signal area or in a cellar?
Safee combines GPS, Wi-Fi and cell tower data to locate even in degraded conditions. With no signal at all, we send the last known position and cell tower ID, which lets the center direct emergency services to a usable area. For viewings in basements or dead zones, mention it in the share with your coworker before going in.
