Concretely, how much does it cost for 30 employees?

The per-employee price is visible in the pricing section of our website. Billing is multiplied by the number of active seats, no commitment: you add or remove an employee at any time from the dashboard. The Pro plan covers app, alerts and dashboard; the Pro+ plan adds the physical panic button; the 24/7 operated monitoring service from our APSAD P5 center is on quote based on your volume and response instructions. Single invoice per seat, one contact.

Are you compliant with my employer obligations?

Yes. Safee meets the L.4121-1 employer obligation of the French Labor Code on the protection of isolated workers (general employer safety obligation). Our center is APSAD P5 certified, the highest French monitoring certification, recognized by insurers and aligned with CARSAT expectations. On request, we provide a timestamped report to attach to your Risk Assessment Document (alerts, responses, monthly tests). End-to-end encrypted data, GDPR compliant.

Can I cancel anytime? Is there a commitment?

Pro and Pro+ plans are monthly with no commitment: you suspend or cancel from your dashboard, effective end of month, no penalties. The operated monitoring service is on annual contract, specified in the quote based on employee volume and response instructions. On all plans, the 14-day trial is free and requires no credit card.

How long until my team is operational?

For the Pro plan, plan a half-day: company-account creation, import of your employee list, sending invites, app download. The Pro+ plan with physical panic button ships in 48 to 72 hours. The operated monitoring service requires a scoping phase with our teams to define your alert instructions.

What about false alerts? I don't want emergency services showing up for nothing.

Several safeguards. Automatic detections (fall, immobility) can be canceled by the employee before transmission. On the center's side, a human operator qualifies every alert before escalating to emergency services: the employee is contacted to confirm. Thresholds are adjustable by profession (a project manager and a driver don't have the same movement profiles).

My employees sometimes work in basements or no-signal areas, does it work?

Safee combines GPS, Wi-Fi, cell tower and last known position. In a basement or technical room without GPS, we send the last GPS position + the cell tower ID + any detected Wi-Fi point, which is enough for the center to frame the response. The alert is stored on the app side and is sent as soon as the network returns if the connection drops at the moment of triggering.

Will it drain my employees' phone batteries?

The app stays in standby most of the time. Continuous location tracking is an optional, non-mandatory feature: without it, the location is only sent during an alert, the battery impact stays contained over a workday. For long-day professions or night rounds, the Pro+ panic button has its own 10-day autonomy and doesn't draw from the phone.

My employees will say I'm tracking them. How do I present this to the works council?

Geolocation is only activated during an alert. Outside of an alert, neither you, nor Safee, nor the center see where your employees are. Each employee can view from their app the history of transmissions: they know who saw what and when. This architecture is what allows works-council approval without conflict: Safee protects your teams, it doesn't surveil them.
