Does Safee meet my L.4121-1 and R.4512-13 obligations?
Yes. Safee covers the employer obligation to protect isolated workers under L.4121-1 of the French Labor Code, and the obligation to supervise external companies under R.4512-13 (prevention plan, lockout, subcontractors). Our monitoring center is APSAD P5 certified, a standard recognized by insurers and consistent with CARSAT requirements. What's the price for a multi-site industrial deployment?
Our Pro and Pro+ plans are priced per user per month, publicly visible on our pricing page. The 24/7 monitoring service operated from our APSAD P5 center is available on quote based on the volume of isolated positions, the number of sites, response SLAs and instruction scope. One contact, consolidated per-seat billing, integrated stack of app + device + center in France, rather than three vendors to coordinate.
What contractual commitment and what SLAs?
The Pro and Pro+ plans are monthly with no commitment (cancellation from dashboard, effective end of month). The operated monitoring service is on annual contract, specified in the quote based on isolated-position volume, sites and response instructions.
How long until a site is operational?
For the Pro plan, immediate activation after user-account creation and multi-site provisioning (a few minutes per employee). For the Pro+ plan, physical panic buttons ship in 48 to 72 hours. For operated monitoring, plan a scoping phase with our teams: defining alert instructions per site, response processes, works-council and EHS contacts, end-to-end testing.
How do you limit non-relevant triggers?
Three safeguards: cancellation window on the user's side before transmission for automatic alerts (fall, immobility), human validation by an APSAD P5 center operator before escalation to emergency services, and fine tuning of detection thresholds depending on the position (technician in prolonged seated position vs. patrol officer vs. forklift operator). Each site can adjust its thresholds in collaboration with your EHS team.
Coverage in basements, technical rooms, no-signal areas?
The app uses the phone's GPS for location, and Wi-Fi or 5G to transmit the alert. With no GPS signal (basement, technical room, workshop), we send the last known position before coverage was lost, giving emergency services a usable search point. We don't promise GPS under a concrete slab: what we stand behind is a usable radius and the human procedure on the center's side.
Integration with our HRIS, our building management system and our EHS tool?
Safee is today a turnkey solution: mobile app, physical panic button and monitoring center, managed from a web dashboard. There is currently no native integration with HRIS, EHS tools, CMMS or building management systems, nor enterprise SSO. If your project requires a specific integration, we discuss it during pre-sales scoping to see what's feasible case by case.
How is data protected?
End-to-end encryption of communications and audio-video streams, GDPR compliant. Continuous geolocation is an optional, non-mandatory feature of the app: by default, the location is only sent during an alert, which facilitates works-council review and respect for minimization principles.
