Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas
We deliver Safee Devices throughout the European Union and Metropolitan France. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us at contact@safee.fr for a custom quote.
2. Delivery Times
Indicative delivery times from order confirmation:
- Metropolitan France: 2-5 business days
- European Union: 3-7 business days
- International: by quotation (5-15 business days depending on destination)
These times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability and shipping conditions.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed before order validation:
- Free delivery for orders of more than 10 devices
- France: €9.90 excl. VAT
- EU: €14.90 excl. VAT
- International: on request
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package in real time using the tracking link provided.
5. Receipt and Inspection
Upon receiving the Device, please check the condition of the packaging and product. In the event of visible damage or a damaged package, please note reservations with the carrier and inform us within forty-eight (48) hours at contact@safee.fr with supporting photos.
6. Late Delivery
In accordance with Articles L.216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if delivery is delayed by more than thirty (30) days from the agreed date, the Consumer may formally request delivery within a reasonable additional period. If delivery does not occur within that period, the Consumer may terminate the contract. Safee will then provide a full refund within fourteen (14) days.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Consumer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Device to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
To exercise this right, contact us at contact@safee.fr or use the withdrawal form available in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).
The Device must be returned in its original condition and packaging where possible, within fourteen (14) days of withdrawal notification. Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer. Refund will be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned Device or proof of shipment.
8. Returns for Defects
For defective or non-conforming Devices, Safee covers return shipping costs. Replacement or refund will be processed as quickly as possible. Contact us at contact@safee.fr with a description and photos if possible.
9. Pro Case Plan — Device Provision
For the Pro Case plan, the Device is provided as part of the subscription and remains Safee's property. Initial delivery follows the same terms above. At the end of the subscription, the Device must be returned per the GTC (Article 6). Return shipping costs at subscription end are borne by the Customer.
